Year 11 PBL Week 4th April 2022

Dear Parent/Carer,

Project-Based Learning – Week 4

4th – 6th April 2022

As you may be aware, at Logic Studio School our students participate in Project Based Learning (PBL) weeks at the end of each half term. The aim of these weeks is twofold: firstly to give our students the opportunity to use and develop the academic knowledge and skills they learn in the classroom in a practical environment; and secondly to undertake new activities and projects that challenge and inspire them to improve their employment skills, aspirations and career planning. 

For this week, the majority of Year 11 will be undertaking a Revision Residential in Devon for the last 3 days of term. Further details have been sent separately to these students.  

For those remaining at Logic, we would expect you to attend as normal on these days and lessons and work will be delivered for you onsite.  There is no expectation for students to remain at home and as always, school attendance is mandatory. Students will finish at 1.40pm on these days. 

If you have any concerns regarding your child’s involvement in these activities, please contact us at Logic as soon as possible and speak to myself or your child’s Achievement Coordinator.
