The Summer is here

I am pleased to feedback on a fantastic end to our year here at Logic. Last week we welcomed our new cohort of 47 Year 10, along with their parents, to Logic and are excited for them to start with us this September. Our Step-up to Sixth form programme, which ran over two days, saw students introduced to our Post-16 pathways. Meanwhile, our current Year 10 have had huge success on work experience whilst Year 12 have been preparing to transition to Year 13, looking in more detail at Life after Logic.

We will be emailing out our end of year reports and thank all parents for engaging with us positively around these. We have carefully reviewed the progress of all students in preparation for the next academic year and will communicate our plans for intervention when we return in September.

Our Wales residential has seen huge success again this year and I hope the students have shared their positive experiences with you. The image above was of the beach in Barry this Monday. These are great experiences for our students and offer a real chance to develop resilience. I have been impressed to hear just how well the students threw themselves into everything.

Finally, a huge thank you to you all as parents. We are hugely appreciative for the support you give your children and us; together we make a real difference. If you are reading this as a parent of a child leaving us this year, please remember we are still here to offer support and guidance should you need to lean on us.
