YR 12 experience a Property Management and Development Day

Year 12 students recently had the opportunity to attend a Property Management and Development day with CBRE, the “largest commercial real estate service and investment firm in the world”

This was organised in conjunction with Prospects, an organisation that links schools and businesses to provide opportunities for students to experience potential careers. Below is a quote from Ali Taleb, one of the students who attended.

“It was excellent!  We were given a chance to speak to many intelligent and experienced people;  it gave us a wonderful insight into what it takes to be successful in a professional company like CBRE.

We had fun in negotiating and challenging with ‘friendly’ competitors to reach out for an agreement in leasing a shop in Westfield.  Also, we had a chance to have a tour around CBRE and meet their extremely polite staff. A great day!”
