Employer engagement update

This year has already seen a huge uplift in our engagement with employers.  We have been completely supported by our business partners who have offered interview advice, CV tailoring, body language classes and investment master classes.  In addition, we have work placements for our Year 12s currently being planned with many choosing to liaise with our partners, while others are organising their own placements.

Year 13s have enjoyed summing up last year’s experiences as part of their academic course work while also using our new ULAS system, enabling them to search for apprenticeships and university courses.  The school is also using virtual technology this year to provide pre-work placement advice on how to act in your first business pacement, how to network and how to be a success.  Good luck to all students as they move towards their work placements or exams.
