Employer Engagement Programme

Wednesday saw the latest stage in the Logic Year 12 Employer Engagement Programme and a busy day at the school.

With Year 12 students having previously submitted CV’s and application letters to businesses in their chosen career field, Wednesday saw them interviewing to try and gain work placements with some of our employer partners.

Logic are working with a variety of businesses that are based in the local area, although the size of companies varies from SME’s through to national and international companies. Business sectors include computing, design, events, leisure and logistics with companies from across these fields offering Logic students the opportunity of work placements.

Our students performed fantastically well during their interviews and really impressed the employees with their professionalism, preparation and confidence.

Our business partners will now work with Logic’s employment team to identify and allocate students to their chosen placements, with these beginning at the start of November.
