Welcome to the Summer Term ☀️
Welcome back to the summer term here at Logic. I hope that you all managed a pleasant break and a good number of you continued your revision.
Yesterday saw us hold our ‘supporting success’ evening for selected students in Year 13 and Year 11. Please do not panic if you were not invited to this event, it was highly targeted towards those students that we needed to have specific conversations with. All students in Year 13 and Year 11 will be coming home with their final report of the year. This contains their mock results, alongside final predictions for the summer.
It has been an exciting return for students in Year 12 and Year 10 also with a number of students now beginning work on business pitches for events for the coming term. I really enjoy these moments where students are able to take ownership of these projects and start the process of convincing others to be involved. Keep your eyes on our socials for further updates.
Finally, I wanted to share with you and celebrate goings on within our local community. Ananya Singla in Year 12 has completed artwork that is being used in the new mural outside Feltham station. This was in response to a request I put out to students to be involved in this project and we are delighted with the results. William Hopkins in Year 10 recently had his first carded boxing match and won, huge congratulations here. You may have seen his mum on TV last night as Surplus to Supper, a local charity that some of our students have supported, received a visit from the Prince of Wales yesterday.
